Great central location, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room had a nice modern feel with trendy furnishings. The rooftop area had great views and was perfect for relaxing.
The air conditioning was not functioning well, and it was warm at night making it difficult to sleep. the cleaning staff was inconsistent with cleaning the room, and at times it was not done thoroughly.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had a comfortable and relaxed experience. The bed in our spacious room was good, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the large balcony was a pleasant surprise, offering a lovely outdoor space to unwind. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the shopping areas and within walking distance of the city center. We also appreciated the proximity to the bars and restaurants in Northbridge, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The room was immaculately clean, bright, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, particularly Raffaele, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with a seamless check-in experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the room was quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. The hotel also had a wonderful rooftop area with a BBQ and comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the views. we were extremely impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Located in a prime area, close to the train station and easy to find. the bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooftop lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the city.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to park my car a few minutes' walk away from the hotel. the Wi-Fi speed was not great, but I was able to still use it to check my emails.
